Doritos Nixes Lady Doritos
The Killeen Daily Herald claims Doritos is backtracking on plans to release “Lady Doritos”. Scores of women were outraged after Doritos announced plans to create a female friendly chip that is less messy and crunchy than original Doritos.
PepsiCO’s head honcho has suggested women needed a less fun version of Doritos — all the better to quietly snack in public with.
The company has now released a statement saying; “We already have Doritos for women — they’re called Doritos.”
