These are the specific contest rules for the “Join Rewind at the Steve Miller Band” on KYMV-FM. DATES OF CONTEST: ““Join Rewind at the Steve Miller Band” Contest will run from July 8, 2016- (5pm) – July 15, 2016 (5pm). (The “Contest Period”). HOW TO PLAY: Listen weekdays 3 times a day, at or around 7:20a, 12:20a, and 420p an on air dj will announce the que to call back to 877-807-1007. Random caller will win. PRIZES: The contest prize is 2 tickets to see The Steve Miller Band in Park City on August 19th. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions are permitted.By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with this promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. The Company reserves the right to change or discontinue the contest at any time and/or to extend the end date. If the contest is changed or discontinued, the Company assumes no liability of any kind to any player who has participated in the contest. Any changes to the contest rules will be announced on the Show and posted on the Show’s website at www.rewind1007.com within a reasonable time prior to taking effect. Material modifications shall be announced on-air, when practical.
