Shannen Doherty shared some sad news on Tuesday’s Good Morning America.
Doherty said she has stage 4 cancer. This is three years after she went into remission. In the interview, Doherty said, “I don’t think that I’ve processed it. It’s a bitter pill to swallow in a lot of ways. I definitely have days where I say, ‘Why me?’ And then I go, ‘Well, why not me? Who else besides me deserves this?’ None of us do.”
She revealed that she has been battling cancer for nearly a year but kept it private. Doherty is revealing the news now because the information would have become public this week because of an ongoing lawsuit she is in with State Farm.
