Adults May See Mental Health Benefits From Playing With LEGOs

You played with them as kids and stepped on them as adults, no matter the age LEGOs have been a part of your life.

Did you know that playing with them as an adult might be good for your mental health? A man by the name of Ben Steil’s has the job of taking LEGO sets that might seem broken and building them back up.

Even at home, he plays with LEGOs. He said, “it helps you stay calm. It helps you focus on something and it is something to physically do with your hands.”

In response, LEGOs said they are happy to see the positive impact they are having on people who are looking for additional benefits to their health and wellness.
