The freaky fun kicks off with check-in at 1030am at Valley Fair (at 3601 Constitution Blvd, in West Valley City, UT 84119).
Every kid who participates will receive a gift pack filled with goodies, we’ll kick off the costume parade and prizes.
Enjoy fun activities from the new movie The Book of life!!, go trick-or-treating and show off your great costume to the judges!
